Stateset has launched it’s first post-purchase automation app on the Shopify App Store. https://apps.shopify.com/stateset-response

Using Stateset ReSponse, Shopify Merchants can generate personalized and automated responses to customer service tickets, cutting down average response times from 9 minutes to 50 seconds.
