Tower CRM
Powerful CRM your sales and marketing team will want to use.
Current status: Free beta · Handful of early users · Looking for founding members
Small and mid-market sales teams routinely spend $50k–$150k implementing Salesforce or HubSpot. Six to nine months of consulting fees, configuration work, and internal time. Then they go live.
A quarter later, the reps are still using spreadsheets.
I've watched this happen dozens of times as a Revenue Operations consultant. The CRM isn't the problem. The complexity is.
The gap nobody is filling
Every CRM sits at one of two extremes:

Too simple:
Easy to start, but falls apart as you grow. Weak automation, rigid reporting, no real workflows. You outgrow it fast and start the whole painful migration process again.
Too complex:
Incredibly powerful — but you need a certified admin, a consulting engagement, and months of configuration just to get it usable. Salesforce is the obvious example, but HubSpot quietly becomes this too once you're past the free tier.
The middle ground — powerful enough to run a real sales and marketing operation, simple enough that actual salespeople use it without a training program — has been basically empty for years. That's what I decided to build.
What Tower CRM is
Tower is a modern CRM for SMBs and scaling startups. The core idea: set it up yourself on a Tuesday afternoon and have your team actually using it by Friday. No consultants. No implementation project. No six-month timeline.

What's live in free beta today:
Pipelines, contacts, companies, deals
Custom fields and custom objects
Automation workflows
Built-in email campaigns and templates (not a paid add-on)
Reporting and dashboards
Task management
Industry-specific modes — insurance is live, more coming
The test I keep using: could a sales manager with no technical background configure this themselves in an afternoon? If the answer is no, I fix it.
Where I am
Launched about two months ago. Small group of beta users giving feedback. Revenue: $0 (free during beta, intentionally).
The product is solid — I'm not embarrassed to show it. But distribution is basically zero, which is why I'm here.
🎁 Founding Member offer — for IH readers only
Sign up and email me at michael@tower-crm.com with subject line "IH Founding Member" and you'll lock in one of these permanently:
Basic free for life — no credit card, no expiry, no catch
Pro at $19/month forever — Pro includes full automation, unlimited emails, custom fields, and priority support, normally $59/user/month.
Or start on Basic and upgrade to Pro at $19/month anytime — the founding rate stays yours regardless of when you upgrade
The only thing I ask in return: be honest with me. Tell me what's broken, what's missing, what doesn't make sense. I'm building Tower in the open and founding members shape where it goes. You're not just a user — you're part of the team.

About
Years of implementing CRMs for B2B teams showed me the same story play out: expensive, complex tools that reps ignored in favor of spreadsheets. Tower exists because powerful and simple shouldn't be mutually exclusive.
