Profitability at first sale was extremely important to keep visionaryPass alive. During YC Startup School, I learned that hardware startups don't go from 0 - 100. They make 1 -2 units and ship those out. 1 - 10. 10 - 20. 20 - 30+. Hardware products scale over time as people fall in love with your product and tell everyone they know about it. Hand-crafted visionaryPass artpieces will shift to a value based pricing model as we gear up our B2B strategy and automations.

I enjoyed telling everyone I know about visionaryPass and collecting genuine first impressions. This was the first time I launched on Product Hunt and landed on the home page with 9th place at the end of the day. I learned that people still have a hard time understanding visionaryPass on first impression. The one-liner needs to be perfected. Product Hunt values comments/reviews for placement and upvotes for the Product of the Day ranking.

The YC Startup School Build Sprint for the 2020 continuous program kicked off.

I'm most excited about the weekly office hours with Eric M. who founded Pebble and Group Sessions with other founders participating in the Build Sprint.

At visionary, I ship new features / status updates for #100DaysofNoCode daily and document every part of the experience via Instagram Stories and IGTV. I got my first paying customer on August 31, 2020 simply by sliding into the DMs of my followers who already watch my stories on a consistent basis.

I woke up in the middle of the night and made a decision to start creating, publishing, and sharing daily with #100DaysofNoCode. I'm a non-technical founder and used #NoCode to bring visionaryPass to life.
