SaaS Development subscription for startups
I just redesigned WeDoDev, my SaaS development subscription service for founders and startups.
The goal was to make the value proposition clear in under 5 seconds - what the service is, who it’s for, and how it helps.
The previous version looked polished but didn’t communicate the offer clearly enough. The new design focuses on positioning, hierarchy, and conversion.
Key improvements:
– clearer SaaS founder positioning
– stronger visual hierarchy
– improved pricing clarity
– more focused services section!

The goal is to give founders ongoing product development (features, integrations, UX improvements, iteration) without hiring or managing freelancers or agencies.
I’m exploring whether early-stage SaaS teams prefer this model over traditional agencies or contractors.

Clean positioning. Ongoing product development without hiring friction is attractive for early teams.
Since you’ll likely get access to client codebases, databases, and sometimes production environments, security expectations will be high.
A few things founders will want clarity on:
• How do you handle access to client repos and infrastructure? Dedicated accounts per engineer, no shared credentials?
• Are you signing DPAs or NDAs by default?
• How do you isolate client projects internally to prevent cross-client data exposure?
• What happens to access when a subscription ends? Is there a formal offboarding checklist?
If you’re positioning this as an alternative to agencies, operational maturity and security hygiene will matter as much as delivery speed.
