Workely
Quote and book every inbound lead in 60 seconds
The part people ask about most is how a text message gets a real dollar figure attached to it in under a minute with nobody looking at it. Short version: you set your own pricing rules once, job type, square footage tiers, add-ons, same way you'd price a job yourself. When a lead comes in, Workely applies those rules to that specific job and texts the result.
It's not guessing and it's not a generic estimate. It's your pricing logic, applied consistently, at 11 PM on a Saturday same as 9 AM on a Tuesday. That consistency is the actual product. A missed-call auto-text is easy to build. A text with a number the customer can actually book against is the hard part.
Doing a pre-launch audit of our own site turned up a badge on our pricing page reading "47 of 10 founding spots claimed." Ten is the actual cap. Someone (an earlier version of the page, built in a hurry) had wired it to a counter that started at 47 and ticked up every 30 to 60 seconds, so it would have kept climbing past 10 forever.
Pulled it out today. The badge on our featured plan now just says "Most popular," no invented number attached to it. It's a small thing, but a fake scarcity counter is exactly the kind of detail that makes a whole page feel untrustworthy once someone notices it, and someone always notices it. Better to catch it ourselves before launch than have a stranger catch it in a Product Hunt comment.

My brother Ashton and I run two home service businesses between us: I own TotalGuard Yard Care in Madison, WI, and he owns The Total Wash Co. The thing that actually costs us jobs isn't competition or pricing. It's speed. A lead comes in at 6:47 PM, we're on a ladder, and by the time we call back the homeowner already booked whoever texted them first with a real price.
So we built Workely: it prices the job from rules we set, texts the customer that price with a booking link, and follows up on a short ladder if they go quiet. It runs alongside whatever CRM you already use, no migration.
We're two operators who got tired of losing winnable jobs to reply speed, not two developers who picked home services as a market. Happy to answer anything about the mechanism or the pricing logic.
