Made our first $1M in Stripe!

Joe Howard @joeheadbuff

2.5 years using Stripe as our payment processor and we just hit our millionth dollar earned there. Wow!

We accept money via PayPal too so we technically hit this milestone a little while back. But it's awesome to see "1M" right in our Stripe dashboard for all-time revenue generated.

Huge shout out to our team. What a fantastic group of folks who work smart and hard every day. You're the best, Buffs!

Next financial milestone: 1M ARR (83K MRR).

  1. 2

How much of that does Stripe take?

    1. 1

~2.9%. $28,104 over this time period.

      1. 3

Joe go to them and negotiate. Depending on your MRR your can get that down. 2.5% should be your long term goal.

        1. 1

@danuyemura Ha! I didn't even know this was a thing. Will investigate. May reach back out to you if I have questions. Thanks for potentially saving me $1,000s / yr! :P

        Not bad, beats Paypal.
