July 9, 2026 We mapped out our entire GTM - here's the Kill the Stack playbook we're running at Wysera

Six months ago, I was running lean teams across multiple startups with a SaaS bill that made no sense.

HubSpot. Ahrefs. Mailchimp. Salesforce. Zapier. Buffer. Calendly. 10+ tools, none of which talked to each other. $8K–$12K/month - and half our time was copy-pasting data between them.

That's the SaaS Tax. And it's not just the subscription invoice. It's the 6 hours a week of context-switching. The lead that went cold in an unopened tab. The invoice unsent for nine days.

So we built Wysera to kill it.

Here's the GTM playbook we're actually executing:

THE ENEMY: The SaaS Tax

We don't sell "AI software." We sell the death of the stack. Every ad, post, and stunt is proof for that one argument. Nobody wants another platform - they want the end of something they hate.

THE BEACHHEAD: Texas Med Spas

High tool sprawl. Owner-operated. Tight local networks. We're going deep here first, becoming the undeniable default, then widening to CPAs and insurance agents.

THE HERO CAMPAIGN: The Great Unsubscribe

We take a real business on camera, cancel its entire stack in an afternoon, and stand the whole operation up in Wysera. Filmed like a heist. It's content, ad, PR, and sales proof in one shoot.

THE LOOPS THAT COMPOUND:

- Loop A: Wyse runs Wysera's own marketing out loud - the marketing IS the demo

- Loop B: Every output Wyse ships carries a quiet "handled by Wyse" - distribution built in

- Loop C: The SaaS Tax Calculator turns a cold visitor into a personalized teardown in 30 seconds

- Loop D: Each Great Unsubscribe episode becomes a library that sells while you make the next one

THE OFFER: Replace 5 tools in 30 days, or it's free.

Bold enough to be marketing on its own. It reframes the decision from "will this work?" to "what do I have to lose?"

THE STUNT: The Subscription Graveyard

A small installation of headstones at an SMB conference, each engraved with a dead SaaS tool and its monthly price. "Here lies HubSpot. $500/mo. Survived by one exhausted founder." A photo op, a press hook, and it makes the abstract SaaS Tax physical.

THE NORTH STAR: 10,000 operators kill the stack in year one.

$1.8M ARR. 40% of pipeline from the AI answer layer. LTV:CAC of 8:1.

We're just getting started - but the playbook is live, the loops are wired, and the comparison funnel is running.

If you're a solo operator or small team drowning in tab hell, I'd love for you to run the SaaS Tax Calculator at wysera.ai and see what your stack is actually costing you.

Happy to share more of the playbook or answer questions in the comments.

July 4, 2026 From $8K/month in SaaS bills to one platform - how I built Wysera to replace the whole stack

Hey IH community! I'm Girish Kotte, founder of Wysera. Excited to finally share what we've been building.

The problem that drove me to build this was embarrassingly simple: I was running lean teams across multiple startups and our SaaS bill alone was crushing us. HubSpot for CRM. Ahrefs for SEO. Mailchimp for email. Salesforce for pipeline. Zapier to stitch it all together. Buffer for social. The list went on.

We were spending $8,000–$12,000/month - and half our time was copy-pasting data between tools that didn't talk to each other. There was no coherent strategy, just constant context-switching.

So I built Wysera.

Wysera is one AI-agentic operating system that replaces all of it. It runs on a shared AI brain called Wyse, and ships in two surfaces:

- PostWyse - your AI content and SEO engine. It researches trends, drafts in your brand voice, and publishes across channels. Revenue attribution built in.

- OpsWyse - your revenue OS. Pipeline management, lead outreach, CRM, forecasting, and ops automation in one workspace.

What makes Wysera different from every other AI tool: nothing ships without your approval. Wyse does the heavy lifting - drafting, scheduling, outreach - but you confirm before anything goes live. Autonomy is opt-in, per category, with full audit trails and one-click rollback.

We're starting at $299/month flat. That's it. One bill.

Where we are today:

- Live and onboarding our first customers

- PostWyse and OpsWyse are both in active use

- 19 free tools available at wysera.ai/tools - no signup required

- HIPAA-ready infra and SOC2 in progress for our healthcare vertical

Would love any feedback from this community - especially from folks who've dealt with the same SaaS sprawl problem. Happy to answer questions about the build, the GTM, or anything else.

The context-switching point is the real story here, more than the subscription cost. I've found consolidating tools helps, but it's not the same as consolidating decisions, you can have one dashboard and still be the one manually deciding what matters across every workflow every morning. Curious how Wyse handles that part, does it flag what actually needs your call, or is it more that everything just lives in one place now?

What stood out to me is that you're treating SaaS sprawl as a coordination problem rather than a software problem.

Replacing individual tools is one thing. Replacing the constant context-switching between them is a much bigger shift. If the shared AI context consistently improves decisions across those workflows, that's a stronger value proposition than simply consolidating subscriptions.

About

I built Wysera because lean teams and solo founders were spending $4,000–$12,000/month on fragmented SaaS tools — HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Ahrefs, Zapier — none of which talk to each other. The result was constant
