Waybase is a task manager for ADHD tech workers and solo founders who are chronically lying to themselves about how long things take. The core mechanic: you estimate every task in Pomodoros before you start, a timer tracks reality, and the app shows you the gap. Do this enough times and you build a personal "time blindness profile" that actually makes your future estimates less delusional. Prioritisation runs on the INCUP framework (Importance, Need, Cost, Urgency, Priority) which scores your tasks so you stop spending 40 minutes deciding what to work on first.
