$20k MRR (+35% this month). Seeking a marketing/growth superstar
We just crossed a symbolic threshold and are now at USD $20,080 (EUR 18,920) 🥳🥳, up from €13,747 last month.
We've achieved this in 14 months of hard work and I am thrilled that I found fellow IndieHacker Romain (@devvnomad ) by posting on this forum when we were at $11k MRR 5 months ago, and replying to his post on this same forum. This is proof that the IH board works!
Now I'm thinking forward and want to see if there's any marketing superstar out there that wants to join our team.

- We have 150 customers in 4 different languages (French, English, Portuguese and Italian). We just added 3 more languages to the app.
- We've got a team of 7.
- I'm well-known in the space we operate in, so I'm increasingly getting invited to speak to audiences (I just did a webinar in Italian, and in the coming month I'll be presenting in Spanish in Mexico and to an in-person Japanese audience in Thailand) - this has been the main driver for sales.
- Because of that, I want one more superstar on the marketing side that can drive promotion and growth so that I'm not the bottleneck.

My only suggestion would be, to start and grow your affiliate/partnership program, 10-20k MRR is the best time to start a program, if you want to read more about it, I made a post on IH a while ago, maybe it's helpful for you.

We do have an affiliate program! We pay out 20% lifetime commissions on all subscriptions. A large chunk of our 35% month-on-month growth came from that in February :)
But you're making me realize that it's only shown in-app and not anywhere on our public landing page/website. I'll change that :)

My name's Diogo. I'm a growth marketer and I've worked on multiple projects over the years, while also launching my own. I know what it's like to build.
I've worked with multiple SaaS companies in the past to handle their growth, from those just starting out to those with millions of users worldwide. In 2022 I've managed 600k USD in ad spend.
