I want to share what we learned building bearconnect.io, an AI-powered LinkedIn automation platform we bootstrapped from scratch.
When we started, we were spending 3-4 hours daily on manual outreach sending connection requests, following up, scheduling posts.

The reality of pricing:
We started with $67/month (Starter Plan) per LinkedIn account. That felt risky. But transparency won us over, we showed actual pricing, no hidden fees, honest comparisons with competitors.
Early adopters told us one thing repeatedly: "Finally, one tool that doesn't require five different subscriptions."
