Which tools do you use to collect user feedback in your product/website?

Wanted to ask here first before I do my google research - how do you collect in-app or website feedback and what are your main struggles?

MuchoFeedback. lets you add a simple feedback box to your site in minutes. No per-seat pricing, no feature gates — just $5/month.

If you’re early-stage and just want honest user feedback, it might help: muchofeedback.com

For idea validation or MVP, Link to Google Form seems to be the most straightforward way.

Thanks for the reply! I would like to ask for in-app feedback under a specific context (e.g. when users finished the checkout flow) - what you mean is to just show a button in some way once a flow is completed and link to google forms?

Yep, that’s the most direct way of feedback implementation.

Alternatively, if you want users to stay on your website, you can provide a textarea for feedback and simply send Mixpanel event, with the body of text area, on submit.

    Website Surveys
    Email Surveys

We simply use Google Forms to get user feedback and define net promoter score. This is a free tool and you can ask different types of questions there.

Thanks for the reply! How do you show them in your app? Or do you just send an email? I would like to ask for in-app feedback under a specific context (e.g. when users finished the checkout flow)
